THE WEDDING VIDEO Casts Familiar Faces

Jan 06 - Los Angeles, CA. THE WEDDING VIDEO, a new comedy by Runaway Productions, has some familiar faces join the cast from previous Wade/Palmer projects. Christine Blackburn and Tommy Giaviocchini of INTERVIEWING NORMAN are the bride and father of the groom in the new pic. Antagonish videographer, Virgil Crumb Esq. is played by THE APPOINTMENT star, Alan Waserman. Ronna Jones, host of Palmers "untitled Flute documentary" plays the maid of honor.

From LOOK @ ME, stars Elina Madison and Jeff Doba, take small roles as the father of the grooms bimbo girlfriend, "Trish" and thug/filmmaker "Tony". Smaller roles from LOOK @ ME, the boyfriend, Josh Adamson and the neighbor couple, Sophia Trone and Alan Waserman are now BLAINE, the brides gay best friend, LARA, the brides sister and previously mentioned Virgil the deranged videographer. Although PERFECT never materialized, one of it's former cast, Joan Blair, joins THE WEDDING VIDEO cast at Melba, friend to the grooms mother.

Debra McCarthy of BROADRANGE CASTING, filled in all the other roles. Palmer/Wade are thrilled to work with such great talent in new comedic roles. There are some smaller roles we're waiting to cast potential name actors to for our big wedding week but the cast is already very strong, states Palmer. This film is festival bound with a June wrap date.

Linda I'm excited to be working on "The Wedding Video" with you.
I love your positiive attitude and freewheeling energy and determination.
I'm also looking forward to working with Todd Wade as a director.

I just read that you're working on your project with Echelon Entertainment.
I'm friends with Eric Leizel. I used to help out in his Development Dept.,
when it was LionShare Ent.
Then, he merged with Echelon. Small Hollywood world!
