Sept 04 - Los Angeles, CA. Runaway Productions announced the addition of producer/director Todd Wade as one of their creative partners. Company founder, Palmer began working with Wade's rental company, BUNDLE UP RENTALS, in 1997. Since then, the pair have collaborated on a variety of projects.Wade brings to the production house tremendous experience in producing, directing, editing, budgeting as well as rental equipment. "We now have the ability to take a project from development to distribution for a lot less than most teams." states Palmer.
Palmer heads up development, acquisitions and is their primary location expert. Wade's responsibilities lie primarily in directing and editing, although both partners strong producing skills are a plus. Palmer tends to be a creative producer and Wade a technical producer. Both partners strengths make a strong producer/director team.
Wade recently wrote, directed and produced THE APPOINTMENT which he self distributes. He also produced INTERVIEWING NORMAN which premiered at THE NEWPORT BEACH FILM FESTIVAL and THE MAILMAN which is currently in distribution with IFM WORLD RELEASING.
Todd is set to direct the companies recent acquisition, LAST CALL AT MURRAY'S with Palmer producing.
